Configuration Management: Create a Configuration Management (CM) Plan that facilitates incorporation of ITIL best practices and applies to the hardware, software (whether acquired or developed), and documentation. Perform configuration management (CM) activities of configuration status accounting, configuration baseline management, creating and maintaining a Definitive Media Library system to control the release of products and manage their history, and administering a change management procedure and tool to track all change requests (CR) or problem reports (PR) to the baseline. Provide all baseline system documentation that includes system designs, build procedures, requirements documents, test procedures, problem reports, software code, and system knowledge base; Manage baselines using Excel, SharePoint, Visual Source Safe, Visual Studio, PVCS Version Manager & Serena TeamTrack; Perform requirements analysis to ensure proper  mapping of design specifications from client to developer; 

Enterprise Configuration Management Librarian: Execute baseline evaluation of current Definitive Media Library records and practices; Propose and implement multi-system improvements using Excel, Magic, SharePoint, Citrix Metaframe and Remedy; Employ Security+ techniques for protecting data; Methodize asset tracking; Maintain license agreements and deployment records; Participate in weekly Configuration Control Board meetings; Integrate current inventory data into new CMDB; Incorporate ITIL best practices and standards with regards to all areas of Configuration management; Coordinate with vendors and asset managers to maintain license agreements and to ensure compliance.

In a non-union work environment on two separate jobs, helped to resolve many minor disputes which resulted in management decisions in favor of the petitioner – and ultimately resulted in a more cohesive customer service team.
